Business Operations and Leadership
Clear thinking and decisive action in complex environments. Ownership. Clarity. Follow-through.
Overview
Throughout my career, I’ve taken on formal leadership roles across environmental, technical, and entrepreneurial settings — often in complex and fast-moving environments.
At the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, I served as a Contaminated Sites Project Manager and official Situation Unit GIS Team Leader, overseeing groundwater remediation projects, evaluating treatment systems, and supervising environmental engineers. I worked closely with state and federal partners, including Maine DEP and NOAA, during major environmental response efforts.
Later, in SaaS and business environments and as an entrepreneur, I continued to lead projects end-to-end, improve operational systems, and build structure where it was needed. I lead by building trust, aligning teams around clear goals, and keeping positivity and momentum steady through complexity.
